We take the privacy of our customers very seriously and do not store data on our customers outside of what the etsy website itself stores, aside from photos we take of the packages we send out to use as shipping confirmation in the case of delivery or mail problems. We do not share information with any third parties, and will not use your contact information for marketing or advertising at any time.
If you would ever like your package shipped to you more discreetly, just showing "Etsy" instead of our shop name in the delivery address, send us a message! We can do that.
Information We Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, shipping address, information on the type of payment used, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.

If you see a pronoun that we are missing, please send us a message and we will try to add it! It may take time for us to get around to making the new charms, but we are always looking to add more pronouns options.
Unfortunately we don't have the time or spoons to make custom jewelry, communication necklaces, or charms right now. Please check out what we have available in the shop!
There is one exception - If you'd like a communication necklace with a combination of different charms that we already have in our shop, and those charms are of the same shape, send us a message! For example: A necklace with 3 of the battery charms, and 1 pronoun charm. We can do this! We can fit up to 4 charms per communication necklace.
We can *sometimes* do custom knit hats or scarves depending on our available time and energy. Contact us if interested!
Yes! We firmly believe that communication tools should be available to anyone who finds them useful, no matter their neurotype.
If a communication necklace would be useful or fun for you, and you want to get it, go ahead! It is not appropriation.
Most knit items that are made from acrylic or mostly acrylic are machine washable and dryable. Use gentle settings. Knit items may become softer and fuzzier with washing. To keep them closer to their original state, you can also hand wash them gently and lay them flat to dry.
Wool items, or items with high wool or animal fiber content, can be trickier to wash. If placed in a washing machine or washed with high warmth, these items can shrink and felt, so do not do this or your knit item may be ruined. It is best to hand wash these items gently in cold water, and lay them flat to air dry.
The charms are printed with inkjet ink and need to be kept dry. We seal both sides of the charms with several layers of acrylic spray to get the charms as water resistant as possible, but if exposed to water or dampness there is still a chance that water can soak through the coating and the ink can run. If the charms get wet, wipe them dry asap, and make sure there is no moisture trapped between charms. If dirt gets on the charms, wipe with a dry cloth. If that does not remove the dirt, a fast-drying wipe like those used for electronics may work. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that water or any liquid cleaning products will not damage the charms.
